IT SERVICE Retail&Banking has installed bank and trade equipment at “Russian Post” offices within post business process automation project. There were over 40 000 fiskal printers, 1 800 ATMs, more than 44 000 weight measuring devices, over 40 000 bar-code scanners as well as banknotes validation devices and banknote and coin counters devices installed. Company specialists has done a huge job testing and integrating ATMs into the post office IT structure. There were 5 000 post-cash desks installed to automate the post office operator workplaces. International Post Office automation project has been finished. IT SERVICE Retail&Banking has concluded the contract with Moscow Federal Post Service Department for cashier equipment and peripherals service.

Since 2005 IT SERVICE Retail&Banking has been executing the project for cash desk area full scale equipment delivery and installation at Metro Group stores. The project included installation and service of the following equipment: fiskal printers PRIM-88TK and PRIM-08TK, BEETLE terminals and peripherals (cash boxes, displays, bar code scanners, telecommunication equipment). IT SERVICE Retail&Banking is service partner for 39 METRO Cash & Carry stores, 10 real,- supermarkets and 31 MediaMarkt shops.

IT SERVICE Retail&Banking has completed the project for 133 OJSC “Sviaz-Bank” mini-office. There were ATM’s, coin/banknote counters, false banknote detectors, vacuum packing machines, banknote sorters, pin-pads, safes, deposit safe boxes and PC’s supplied and installed. IT SERVICE Retail&Banking specialists adopted the installed equipment for bank processing needs.

IT SERVICE Retail&Banking has completed the IT support project for newly opening 80 Х5 Retail Group shops in 2010. The IT support project consisted of installation and set up of the software, installation and deinstallation of equipment, start up of the hardware and software kit as well as testing of cash desk functions and technical support including quick service case reaction for software and hardware based problems.
