Company history

In 2005 IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company in collaboration with ISKRA Special-purpose Computer Design Bureau (SKB VT “ISKRA”) participated in large project of payment kiosks network construction in 300 branches of the Russian Post. In total, from 2005 till 2006 the Company delivered and installed over 1500 kiosks, and trained the personnel of the Russian Post offices. The Company specialists adopted, tested, and integrated payment kiosks into the information space of the Russian Post federal state unitary enterprise. To increase the project performance, the Company specialists passed training in the Centre of the automated IT-systems.

In 2005 IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company started its collaboration with the Metro Group. For over 6 years the Company has been a long-standing partner of the Holding on cash equipment implementation and new stores installation IT-support.

In 2005 the Company delivered and installed the POS-systems in Perekrestok stores. The maintenance of .

In 2005 IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company developed and implemented an integrated solution for a new Daily Food stores network. That project was unique because of it's turnkey development: development of the cashier’s workplace model, implementation of the cash-registering equipment, equipment fine-tuning and software development. During the project the specialists obtained a great experience in sales areas operation development, retail equipment implementation, as well as arrangement of store cashiers training.

New clients: Russian Post, Metro Cash & Carry, Daily Foods.

2006

In 2006 the Company won the tender for the delivery, implementation and maintenance of cash-registering equipment in the initial-tores of  new retail chain Castorama.

In 2006 IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company launched the project of delivery and installation of the cash equipment to the retail chains of real,- hypermarkets and in the first Russian MediaMarkt stores.

IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company executed a project on introduction of fiscal printers in ticket offices of “Russia” and Aeroflot air companies. Within the project our specialists consulted on fiscal printers use issues, performed complete equipment installation, and provided maintenance. This project was quite unique as the Company realized an autonomous workplace, where ticket sale was registered via the SABRE International Reservation System using the Internet.

The Company established a branch in St. Petersburg.

New clients: MediaMark, real,-, Castorama, DECATHLON, "Russia", Aeroflot — Russian airlines.

2007

In 2007 IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company implemented a project in banking. SvyazBank concluded a contract for delivery and implementation of payment kiosks for the federal network of kiosks, as well as a chain of mini branches in the Russian territory. IT SERVICE Retail&Banking delivered banking equipment, PCs, office equipment, safes and furniture. The Company also customized the equipment in accordance with the Bank Processing requirements.

The Company established a branch in Kotelniki town.

New clients: SviazBank, Shell Oil.

2008

In 2008 IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company developed a software and hardware system called “Plazma” to broadcast advertizing and information content at the Russian Post branches.

In 2008 the number of long-standing retailing clients was enlarged by such companies as: H&M, SELGROS Cash & Carry, chain of Victoria supermarkets.

The Company fulfilled delivery and implementation of payment kiosks and cash-registering equipment for the telecommunications company "Svyazinvest".

Development of innovative solutions based on the automated deposit machines in cooperation with ISKRA.

IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company opened its branches in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in Tolyatti.

New clients: H&M, SELGROS Cash & Carry, chain of Victoria supermarkets, “Svyazinvest”.

2009

IT SERVICE Retail&Banking implemented the project of delivery and implementation of 9000 postal POS terminals to automate operators’ workplaces in the postal offices of FGUP Russian Post.

New clients: Karusel, Pyaterochka, Kopeyka.

2010

IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company became the exclusive distributor of GRG Banking Company, a leading Chinese manufacturer of self-service banking equipment in Russia and CIS countries.

The Company started pilot projects on automation of the cash management:

• In Metro Cash & Carry stores – based on the automated deposit machines produced by ISKRA and GRG Banking;
• In the Russian Standard Bank – on base of a cash recycler.

The project on operators’ workplaces automation in the postal offices of FGUP Russian Post was continued in 2010: the Company supplied 5 000 of postal POS terminals. IT SERVICE Retail&Banking Company also implemented the international postal centre automation project.

New clients: Brink’s non-banking credit organization, INKAKHRAN non-banking credit organization, Russian Standard Bank.

2011

According to the results of the pilot project, IT SERVICE Retail&Banking signed the contract to supply the first batch of cash recyclers in one of the largest retail banks in Russia - "Russian Standard Bank."

In 2011 successfully completed a pilot project at «METRO Cash & Carry» shopping centers network , the product of project was of a contract to supply 60 automated deposit machines in the stores.

The company added a new equipment in the product line - a portable multifunctional hardware and software complex MIK-25K produced by ISKRA. It is designed for organizing the delivery of goods of retail sales and courier express delivery service.

IT SERVICE Retail & Banking company has successfully completed the IT-support project for newly opened 80 X5 Retail Group stores.
